About Halo Lounge Chair

Serenity collection

Solid walnut shaped around the body, carried on liquid-chrome legs. Built in Sulaymaniyah for people who sit slowly.

The workshop

Everything is made in one room in Sulaymaniyah. Boards are bought rough, stacked, and left to settle before a line is drawn.

Shaping is slow and mostly by hand — carved, then sanded through finer and finer grits until a curve reads as one movement.

Then it waits. Glue cures, oil soaks in and is wiped back, and the piece is checked in daylight before it goes anywhere.
